How To Play Monopoly Once Around Deluxe Mobile Slot
Part of the WMS Monopoly slots range, the Monopoly Once Around Deluxe slot game is probably the one that stays the truest to the original iconic board-game.
First we need to point out a little oddity we found whilst playing this Monopoly Once Around Deluxe mobile slot. The return to player rate is 95.95% and the RTP for the side bets (more on that in a moment) is 97%.
Not bad for a WMS game you say? We totally agree with you. Then we went to play the Monopoly Once Around Deluxe online slot, because we like to compare, and to our surprise the RTP was different.
Online it was only 92.03%, and the side bets were at 94%. A considerable decrease.
We’re not sure if this is a mistake, or purposely done, but the only advice we can tell you is to play this as an Android and iPhone slot, not online. Not that it’s unplayable, but why would you choose the version of the game that pays less overall?
A simple Monopoly slot with one bonus feature
If the Super Monopoly Money slot was all about the vast amount of bonus features, keeping you so distracted you barely get a chance to notice symbol wins, the Monopoly Once Around Deluxe slot is exactly the opposite.
That’s not to say that Once Around Deluxe Monopoly slot is bad. In fact, with its cool jazz, and city skylines, it’s absolutely beautiful; each symbol crisp and uniquely iconic.
You don’t have to buy properties
That said, bonus game is no doubt where this Monopoly Once Around Deluxe game turns from a fairly simple 3 star slot, to a brilliant 4 star review.
Basically, you get to play the actual Monopoly game – we explain it all in more details below, but you can’t help but get a little thrill as your token goes around the board in order to win cash.
And if you land on ‘GO’, you then get to go around again, but this time with a 2x multiplier.
As it is, this bonus game will pay anything from 10x to 40x your bet.
To side bet, or not to side bet?
You can add houses or hotels to properties – which can win you extra cash if your token lands on those properties.
We’ve had a bit of luck with these, mostly by putting some houses on Park Lane and Mayfair (highest paying), or by getting the 2x bonus on the houses.
It’s not easy, and to be honest, it’s not always necessary. But it does add a little thrill as you watch the token get closer to your houses, and the return (on mobile at least) isn’t bad. You’ll get a minimum of your bet back, and we’ve gone as high as 60x our bet – more is definitely more.
That said, we also liked the The Monopoly Once Around Deluxe mobile slot as it is; get the bonus too often and you don’t get a chance to enjoy the reels that have the real winning 5 of a kind symbols.
But on the other hand, we didn’t notice till two hours in that it had no free spins. That tells you something of how fun this is to play.

Monopoly Once Around Deluxe Bonus Features
Wild: Mr Monopoly in a gold frame is the wild symbol and replaces all other symbols except bonus, community chest and chance.
2 Scatters: You have 2 scatter symbols which pay regardless of whether you land on one of the 15 paylines. The first is the Community Chest symbol, the other is the Chance symbol.
Bonus: If you managed to find the Mr Monopoly slot symbol with two dice, you'll trigger a click me bonus.
First you get to choose your token from the classic selection; so the hat, the dog, the car, etc...
Then you've got the option to start the bonus or to place a side bet. If you start the bonus you'll be taken to the Monopoly board, where the dice will be thrown and your token will start going around the board.
Don't worry if you land on Jail or Income tax - nothing happens. You basically get cash prizes for landing on properties, chance, community or free parking.
If you make it all the way around the board, the game can decide to make you go 'once around' again, but this time any cash you win is multiplied by 2x.
The bonus bets explained: Before you start playing around the board, you can choose to build houses and/or hotels around the properties on the board.
You are basically betting that the token will, at some point, land on one of these. If it does, you get a chance of winning anything from 3x to 17x your side bet places.
How much are the side bets? The most expensive house in Mayfair and Park lane cost your overall total spin bet, and all the others are far less.
The best value, and likely to give you bigger wins is Park Lane, Piccadilly (top prize of 17x your bet) and we like the oranges because... they were always our favourite in Monopoly.
Old Kent road is the cheapest and has the highest award range of 60x to 180x your side bet, but in order to land on it you'll need to get a chance sending you there. A near impossible task, but the rewards would be huge.
