How To Play Taco Brothers Mobile Slot
Join Paso, Pepe, and Pico in the Taco Brothers mobile slot as they defeat Captain Diaz… the Tacos stealing officer of the law!
No, it doesn’t have to make a whole lot of sense. This colourful Mexican slot is slightly ridiculous, but all the more fun for it.
Yet, you can’t deny that Elk Studios have created a good looking Android and iOS slot. It fills the whole screen, each symbol unique and beautiful, and plays just as good on whichever device you choose.
And there’s something about us that loves casino games that lead you through a story and have created a theme that is more than just ‘tequila and cactus’. But then, why should we be surprised, as it was one of the things we loved about the Electric Sam slot, from the same provider.
Who are the Taco Brothers?
The story is basically Zorro, but with three brothers who are fighting the evil Captain Diaz. Only instead of stealing riches, he is stealing… Tacos?
The base game takes place up in the skies above a tiny Mexican town… and during the free spins, you blow up the safe and go under the nose of the captain, to steal his secret stash of… tacos and riches? Steal the riches to buy tacos?
Honestly, at this point we’re just happy to get into the back room.
Infinite free Spins and roaming wilds
The action in this Tacos Brothers slot comes fast and wild, as you get plenty of wild symbols during the main game to keep you spinning over these 243 ways to win reels.
But it’s in the free spins that spice things up. They show up every 20 to 50 spins, so often enough it keeps the action constant.
Granted, you rarely win much more than 10 to 20 times your bet, but that’s the whole point of frequent free spins. Mostly you’ll get a top up to your wallet, sometimes, out of nowhere you’ll get 40 to 60 times your bet.
Because you genuinely never know, going in, if you will end up playing 3 or 40 odd free spins. You’ll have to read more about it in the bonus features section below, but essentially, the free spins could go on forever, as long as those brother don’t get caught by the evil captain.
That said, usually you end up with about 10 to 20 free spins though.
High-jinks and high graphics makes this a winner
It’s the little touches we love. From the cascade of gold as you win during the free spins, to the concept of having the brother being chased out of the vault and them becoming wilds on each spin, or the lady flirt who will free each of the brothers should Diaz get his hands on them.
But it’s the high-octane fun we had on each spin that make this Taco Brothers Elk game a 4 star mobile slot review.
The base game can be a little slow at times, but with those free spins waking you up often from the tequila slumber, you’ll soon forget that this is anything but a refreshing mobile slot.

Taco Brothers Bonus Features
Wilds: The golden bell is the wild symbol and replaces all other symbols except the safe and taco brothers wild.
Taco Brothers Wild Re-spin: 2 taco brothers wild on screen give you a free re-spin on the other reels, to give you a second chance at collecting 3 safe symbols.
It's mostly for show, and rarely does much.
Bonus Game Wild Escape!: 3 safe symbols (scatters) anywhere on screen, will create an explosion and destroy every symbol except one of the safe - giving you a x1, x2, or x3 multiplier.
You are then taken deep underground where Pico will drop down from reel 5 to the bottom of the screen and move to the left by one on each spin. He is wild.
If he manages to get to reel 1, he escapes, and then the Pepe wild drops on reel five on the middle row, and again, moves to the left till he escapes. Finally Paso will do the same on reel 5.
If Captain Diaz symbol shows up on screen as the brothers are running across the screen, they are locked up and it's the next brothers turn to try and escape with as much loot as possible.
If the senorita shows up on screen, she frees any imprisoned brothers and moves them to the beginning of their row again.
So in a way, you want Diaz to capture some of the brothers, and then get released by the senorita, so you get more than one wild on screen.
That said, the game ends if Captain Diaz captures the brothers, or they manage to escape, or some are captured and the rest escape.
It's less complicated and a lot more fun than our bad description above makes it sound.
