How To Play Narcos Mobile Slot
Welcome to the streets of Colombia, where only one man can rules the reels in this Narcos slot by NetEntertainment.
Based on the popular Netflix series Narcos, you expect this 243 ways to win slot to be dark and gritty, full of realism and cocaine.
Instead what you get is a very GTA 8 video game comic book feel that isn’t unlike NetEnt’s own Reel Steal slot, full of bright pastel colours and colourful characters.
And we have to say that we enjoyed the looks and sounds. It wasn’t what we expected, but once we got spinning, it’s what we needed from a Narcos mobile slot game – fun, easy on the eye spins.
Drive by’s, daring escapes and sexy shootings
Randomly a car will drive by the reels and shoot extra wilds on to the screen – which is great because the wild symbols will (not always but often), walk from right to left on each spin.
You may even catch Pablo Escobar, and you’ll end up in a detention centre, desperately trying to help him escape, all for an instant cash prize. The more Pablos you find, the more money you’ll get.
Or you might trigger 10 free spins in the notoriously shady part of town, where prostitutes roam and where DEA agents may try and corner you as you meet your mistress.
It’s incredibly good fun to watch, and we love any NetEnt slot game with a good narrative.
All is not well in the Narcos slot empire
The problem, as with any dealing on the wrong side of the law, is that you’re never quite sure if the game isn’t rigged.
We don’t mean that literally, but rather that the features don’t feel as generous as they could be. Like how the walking wilds don’t give you free re-spins like in NetEnt’s famous Jack and the Beanstalk slot.
Or how cracking Pablo out of Jail generally only pays out maybe 10x your bet, or how in the free spins, the ‘special’ features randomly turns high paying symbols into wilds. You know, the symbols you need to get the bigger wins of the game.
Still, these are all niggles that prevented us from loving this slot machine, but not enjoying a few fun TV-inspired casino game spins.
And, there’s no denying the math. This 243 ways to win slot has a low minimum bet of 0.20 a spin and a max win of 1,506 times your bet, which is decent for a medium to high variance machine. Even Pablo can’t twist those numbers.
