Wild Worlds Bonus Features
Avalanching Reels And All Ways Pays: Any vertical or horizontal line of 3 or more gems create a win. Once a win has been created, those symbols will explode and more will avalanche down from above.
A single row or column can contain more than 1 win as they can intersect or overlap.
Hero Wilds: The only way to get wild symbols in the base game is by getting a win on one of the 'hero' symbols. Ie. the three gems with the face of one of our heroes. Any other symbol of the same type not used in the win will turn wild.
Destroy Feature: At any point during the base game, one of our three birdie heroes may wake up from their office slumber and randomly destroy all symbols that don't match the colour of their plumage. The pink bird destroys every symbol that isn't pink, etc... You then get an avalanche of new symbols tumble down from above.
How the Wild Worlds Free Spins work: 3 Scatter symbols anywhere on the reels will give you 8 free spins. You'll be randomly be sent to one of three free spins world: The Dark Forest, the Ice World or the Fire Lands. Which you get is totally random.
You are then presented with two sets of action at once. On the right, you have our feathery heroes battling monsters, on the right you have the 5x5 grid slot you've grown accustomed to.
Every single win you get on the reels, fills up the hero meter and allows the hero to punch out the monsters. The bigger the win, the bigger the punch. Once you fill the meter you also get a special attack where the hero will punch all the monsters on screen at once.
You will need to defeat three 'captain' monsters, each with 15 health points, to trigger one of the special features below as well as ad additional free spins:
- Dark Forest: for each monster, you destroy you get a spreading wild added to the screen. If used in a win, the wild explodes and disappears, if not it will spread on adjacent symbols around it.
- Fire Lands: 2 to 4 random wild symbols are placed on the reels for each monster you destroy on each spin.
- Ice World: for each monster destroyed, a stack of 2 symbol high wilds are placed on the reels. If it's been part of a winning combination, the heavy wilds will remain on the screen for the next avalanche.
Once you have destroyed the three captains, you'll be taken to the boss fight. It works exactly the same as the Captain fights, except this time you have 105 healthy points to beat, but you do have the three features above active. For each limb of the boss you defeat, you also get extra wilds (as per the land).
If you manage to defeat the boss, you'll then be taken to another wild to continue the good fight. This re-sets the stage with new captains and bosses, and you get a further 8 free spins.
